Refund Policy
You can return or exchange your purchased tickets (by selecting a different date) by sending us a request via email at info@balticvikings.lt.
In your request, please include the following details:
- Contact information (name, surname, phone number)
- Bank from which the payment was made
- Name and surname of the bank account holder
- Bank account number
- Date of the payment
- Amount to be refunded €
- If you wish to exchange your regular cruise ticket for another date, please specify the desired new date and time.
- Please note: Refunds for purchased and unused tickets will be processed within 7 days, provided your request is submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled cruise (except in cases where the cruise is canceled or rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions, as determined by Baltic Vikings).
